Room Reservations
The Economic Challenges Initiative will make all room reservations. The room rate, all applicable taxes and parking at the hotel will be charged directly to the Center.
Charges of a personal nature such as phone calls, movies, courtesy bars, etc., and charges pertaining to other business interests will be paid by the participants. At check in, the hotel will request a credit or debit card to cover these incidentals.
Note: If a Sunday arrival is needed in order to participate fully in the opening session on Monday, May 11th, please indicate that on your registration.
Meals
Meals during the event will be provided by the Economic Challenges Facing Pastoral Leaders Initiative, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. All other meal expenses will be covered by the participant.

Ground Transportation and Parking
From the Indianapolis International Airport, participants should use ride sharing or taxi services to get to the hotel.

Note: Despite the construction project on city streets outside of the hotel, guests will have access to the parking garage and to the hotel.
Getting Around the Hotel
Plenary sessions will be held in the Capital Ballroom I & II (blue).
Breakout sessions will be held in Chamber and Council (red).
Most meals will be served in Capitol Overlook (purple).
