 Celebrating Collaboration...

All of our Economic Challenges (ECFPL) implementation plans and sustaining visions continue to grow, adapt, and adjust in our diverse contexts.  The Leadership Team Gathering provides “balcony time” to reflect on our activities, challenges and learning in light of the wide range of contexts our projects are embedded in.  We can not overlook the economic, cultural and racial disparities which contribute to the financial challenges we seek to address.
This Gathering will celebrate your leadership and encourage peer learning grounded in our theme of Celebrating Collaboration.  We invite you to bring your team of leaders to this opportunity for inspiring engagement with peer leaders in this work, to network with other leaders, practitioners and resource providers, and for conversations with Lilly Endowment staff.  You can expect gracious hospitality also!

Our goals for this gathering are to...

  • Network with Initiative peers for mutual learning and encouragement, as well as resources for our economic challenges work including matching funds
  • Reflect with team leaders about our context, accomplishments and impact
  • Connect with Lilly Endowment staff for guidance and information and with Coordination Program staff for encouragement and support

Registration Deadline:

  • Directors               March 1
  • Team Members    April 1

Please Note: Active programs may bring a team of up to five attendees.
Graduate programs and resource agencies who have asked to participate may bring up to two attendees for peer learning and Advisory Team development.   If you have any questions about your team, contact Bonnie Marden at bmarden@ecfpl.org.

The National Initiative to Address Economic Challenges Facing Pastoral Leaders is funded by Lilly Endowment Inc. and administered by the Center for Congregations. We are grateful to the leadership at the Endowment, and grateful as well to the leaders of the Center for Congregations, the organization that graciously hosts the grant for this coordination program.
