On a laptop/desktop computer: If you have not used Zoom on your computer before, clicking the JOIN THE MEETING button in your confirmation/reminder email will begin the download and install process.

Depending on your settings, Zoom will either automatically download the program onto your computer or prompt you to download the program manually. If you receive the prompt, you will be given instructions on-screen.

For mobile devices with video: If you will be joining the meeting from your tablet, cell phone or other mobile device you must download and install the Zoom app from the appropriate app store (Apple or Google Play).

Once Zoom is installed, it should connect you to the meeting. If it does not, try clicking the JOIN THE MEETING button in your confirmation/reminder email again to restart the login process.

You can use a phone (landline or mobile) to join the workshop. 

You will need the Zoom meeting ID. You can get it by logging in to the event. Click the JOIN THE MEETING button in your confirmation/reminder email to log in. Zoom will then send you an email with the meeting ID and instructions for dialing in.

Dial one of the provided numbers:

When prompted, enter the meeting ID followed by #.

The following commands can be entered using your phone's dial pad while in a Zoom meeting:

*6 - Toggle mute/unmute      

*9 - Raise/lower hand
